Conveyancing Paralegal Course
The Black Conveyancers Association Training Academy (BCTA) is a non-profit company duly registered as such with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), with Registration number 2013/096304/08.
The BCTA has since 2006 played a pivotal role in the conveyancing industry and seeks to empower, as part of its mission statement, the underprivileged and less resourced individuals who seek to further a career as conveyancing assistant.
Lectures are presented over a period of 6 to 7 months, at minimal cost or at no charge to deserving applicants, by suitably qualified conveyancers duly admitted as such at the High Court of South Africa and registered with the legal Practice Council in the various provinces.

Conveyancing Paralegal Course
Over a six-month period, students are introduced to the conveyancing landscape. Students are provided with a good working knowledge and understanding of what conveyancing is all about; whom the role-players are and how their interaction proceeds; what the conveyancing and registration process aims to achieve; and an overview of what the transfer, bond, and cancellation process entails.
